Relationship Manager CIMB Bank Kota Bharu – Kelantan – Kuala Terengganu
Acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment.
Manage customer relationships to increase share of wallet under the “Farmer” concept.
Provide financial planning advice to customers.
Meet the budget for AUM and CUM.
Take initiative and run activities to source leads.
Keep abreast of customers needs and market trends and competitors’ programme offers and activities for targeted customers regularly.
Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales.
2-3 years of banking/sales/marketing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Ability to speak a third language will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, etc.
A team player who is proactive with a strong sales drive.
Mobility/Willingness to travel.
